Based on
the current ground conditions of the bond release areas and mine site access, and since this
would be a termination of jurisdiction the Division will be scheduling in late spring or early
summer of 2025.
The permitting action was deemed complete on 16 October 2024 having received the affidavit of
publication.
The Division will reach out to you to ascertain preferred dates, and I will do my best to
accommodate. Specific scheduling of the SL9 bond release inspection date will be determined
based on weather and ground conditions at the site.
If you require additional information or have any questions, please contact me by telephone at
303-866-3567, or by email.
Sincerely,
Robin A.
