Elevation Comparison Map for Parcel DAB23, north terminus of the pit.
The constructed drainage is prevalently illustrated in the topography depicted above. A dozer basin
exists where the v shaped valley appears to broaden, and the drainage picks up and trends west
northwest.
The fact that DRMS data and TMI data do not exactly align with each other is predominantly due to
the fact that Trapper Mine utilizes a local coordinate system specific to the 11,300 acre site. DRMS
utilizes a universal projected coordinate system and a different vertical datum than Trapper. The
corrected data was exported in NAD83(2011) / UTM zone 13N (EPSG 6342) coordinates, with a
NAVD88 height (geoidl8) vertical datum. The variables associated with each of these different
coordinate systems would limit the ability to achieve absolute overlap between data sets. However,
the above maps indicate that the two data sets describe the topography the same way and that the
topography complies with the approximate original contour as permitted and according to Permit Map
M12.
Overall, based on the Division's inspection and data review, the bond release parcels have been
backfilled and graded in accordance with the approved reclamation plan and the approved post
Permit Number C1981010 Prepared by: R.Reilley
SL25 Page 16 of 21
