Based on <br /> the current ground conditions of the bond release areas and mine site access, and since this <br /> would be a termination of jurisdiction the Division will be scheduling in late spring or early <br /> summer of 2025. <br /> The permitting action was deemed complete on 16 October 2024 having received the affidavit of <br /> publication. <br /> The Division will reach out to you to ascertain preferred dates, and I will do my best to <br /> accommodate.
