<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Surety Reduction Request <br /> <br />DATE: October 22, 2024 <br /> <br />TO: Joyce Wallace <br />Board of Supervisors - Soil Conservation Dist <br />West Greeley Conservation District <br />4302 W 9th St Rd <br />Greeley, CO 80634 <br /> <br />FROM: Patrick Lennberg <br /> <br />RE: Two Rivers Sand, Gravel and Reservoir Project - File No. M-2022-013, Raptor Materials LLC <br /> Surety Reduction Request (SR-1) <br /> Surety Reduction Request No. 1 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on October 18, 2024, Raptor Materials LLC, whose address and telephone number <br />are 8120 Gage Street, Frederick, CO 80516; (214) 432-2017, filed an application for a/an Surety Reduction <br />Request (SR- 1) to M2022013, Two Rivers Sand, Gravel and Reservoir Project, which is located <br />approximately 1.5 miles Southwest of Greeley, Section 3, Township 4N, Range 66W, 06th Principle <br />Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />Surety reduction request based on the reclamation cost estimated determined in TR-1. The request is to <br />reduce the financial warranty from $1,220,834.00 to $916,981.00 a difference of $303,853.00. <br /> <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Patrick Lennberg at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 665-0836. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
