<br /> <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Castor Gulch. <br /> <br />Because the above referenced permit revision application may incorporate additional lands into the <br />permit area or might otherwise alter previously approved permit conditions or mitigation measures, <br />the Division requests to coordinate with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to evaluate the potential <br />for impacts to listed or proposed threatened or endangered species of plants or animals, wildlife <br />species otherwise protected by federal law, and/or proposed or designated critical habitats. A copy <br />of the permit section addressing potential effects of the operation to threatened and endangered <br />species and any revision thereof can be viewed on the Division’s website (see below for <br />instructions). This coordination is required to ensure mitigation of potential impacts to federally <br />protected wildlife species. <br /> <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in the CO Mountain News Media - Craig Daily Press <br />that this permit revision application has been deemed complete. At the time of publication of this <br />notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Moffat <br />County Clerk and Recorder, 221 W Victory Way, Craig, CO 81625.
