3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged,stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> 3 inches of top soil will be cleared for the roadway and pad. The vegetation will be <br /> stockpiled next to the pad and road way. Once exploration and monitoring activities <br /> are completed the top soil will be used by landuwner. <br /> 4. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required <br /> abandonment procedures): <br /> Pursuant to Rule 5.4.4 the intent is to maintain the hole for purposes of monitoring. The <br /> drill hole will be converted to a monitoring well for the purpose of groundwater or <br /> geophysical monitoring, <br /> Or the drill hole may be converted to a water well pursuant to Rule 5.4.5 <br /> 5.
