Topsoil and overburden will be used to achieve the final grading shown in the reclamation map <br /> in Exhibit F. Topsoil will be replaced in an average two-foot layer to restore the existing soil <br /> conditions. Details pertaining to reclamation can be found in Exhibit E and the maps in Exhibit F. <br /> 5. Site Access <br /> The Limon Sand & Gravel Resource will be accessed via the existing permitted entrance from <br /> County Road 23. Access is shown on Map C-1. <br /> 6. Water Information, Rights, and Augmentation <br /> All water right issues such as availability of water for this operation, consumption rates, dust <br /> control, etc. are presented in Exhibit G —Water Information. <br /> 7. Schedule of Operations <br /> Mining operations will occur as dictated by demand with an average annual production of <br /> 300,000 tons. Mining, screening, and processing will be conducted on site with portable <br /> equipment throughout the year. The operator will not have night gravel mining operations, <br /> although minor truck activity and repairs may occur after hours. <br /> 8.
