Twentymile Coal, LLC. (TC) was informed of the <br />inspection but declined to attend. The weather at the time of the inpsection was clear, warm and the ground was <br />dry. <br /> <br />The permit area consists of 391.2 acres. The remaining disturbed area consists of 2.30 acres. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The mine records were checked in the Foidel Creek Mine office and on the Division’s online document <br />system, Laserfiche. The records check list is available at the end of this report. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The hiking trail in the area where the rail loop merges was in good condition (photo 1). The banks of the <br />trail are well vegetated, and no erosion features were seen. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The vegetation along the train corridor between the Hwy 40 and the mainline looks good (photo 2). No <br />erosion features were seen. <br />The vegetation just north trailhead parking lot is a little sparse compared to other areas but is doing well (photo 3). <br />No erosion features were seen. <br /> <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification signs were in place. <br /> <br />
