As built grades and <br />final contours were used to check stability calculations. Safety factors and calculations meet or <br />exceed the permit guidelines <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 25 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-1977-211.
