The report includes location and site maps, photographs showing <br /> the current condition of the site, and a statement in lieu of a description of reclamation <br /> work completed indicating that no new surface disturbances were created subsequent <br /> to issuance of the NOI. The permitted NOI includes a total of 12.3 acres and has a current <br /> bond of $83,151.00.
