Please provide the average wind speeds for the area in your description of significant <br /> climatological factors. <br /> Rule 6.4.10 Exhibit J—Vegetation Information <br /> 8. Please provide estimates of average annual production for hay meadows and croplands, and <br /> carrying capacity for range lands on or in the vicinity of the affected land, if the choice of <br /> reclamation is for range or agriculture, as detailed in Rule 6.4.10(c). <br /> Rule 6.4.12 Exhibit L—Reclamation Costs <br /> 9. Please provide the approximate dimensions for all proposed structures that will require <br /> demolition and/or removal for reclamation. The Division must have sufficient information on <br /> these structures to accurately assess demolition costs. <br /> Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S—Permanent Man-made Structures <br /> 10. Please include copies of the structure agreement forms listing out the applicable structures and <br /> with the Certification and Notary for Permit Applicant sections filled out and notarized by the <br /> applicant,which were sent to each structure owner. <br /> 11. Please provide any fully executed structure agreements that have been obtained since the <br /> application was submitted. <br /> This letter shall not be construed to mean there are no other technical deficiencies in your application. <br /> Please be advised that the decision date is October 8,2024. If you are unable to satisfactorily address <br /> the comments in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an <br /> extension of the review period.
