(Also described as that portion of the S Y2 of N%2 of Section 21 located W of the Piedra River.)" This was a portion of the total 171.7 acres(more or less)in the permit area, We request that the permit boundary remain unchanged, but that the affected area be reduced by 6.8 acres as described below.The affected 56.0 acres in the South Area would be reduced to 49.8 acres.
