EXHIBIT K- CLIMATE INFORMATION <br /> The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br /> 6.4.11 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br /> Regulations: <br /> Provide a description of the significant climatological factors for the locality. <br /> This property is in a semi-arid continental climate strongly influenced by the Rocky Mountains. The area is <br /> usually warm in the summer with frequent hot days. In winter, periods of very cold weather are caused by <br /> arctic air moving in from the north or northwest.
