Girardi <br /> <br />RE: Keyah Grande Aggregate Mining Operation - File No. M-2011-026, Keyah Grande Lodge and <br />Elk Ranch <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full Release of Permit Area <br /> <br />Please be advised that on October 1, 2024, Keyah Grande Lodge and Elk Ranch, whose address and <br />telephone number are 13211 Highway 160 West, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147; (970) 731-2158, filed an <br />application for a/an Surety Release Request (SL- 1) to M2011026, Keyah Grande Aggregate Mining <br />Operation, which is located approximately 16 miles West of Pagosa Springs, Section 5, Township 34N, <br />Range 3W, 10th Principle Meridian, in Archuleta County. <br /> <br />The Operator is requesting to release the entire 34.55 acre permit area. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Chris M. Girardi at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 793-3041. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
