EXHIBIT G
Water Information
This operation is not expected to affect surface or groundwater systems.
Water use will be minimal and only for nuisance dust control. Water will be
purchased from Dolores Water Conservancy District and trucked from the canal in
Dove Creek as is standard operating procedure for Dolores County Road
Department. It is estimated that at times of the year when the weather is dry the
mining operation may require one truckload (4000 gal) per day. No groundwater
is anticipated at this site and no existing water rights will be affected. Points of
storm water run-in and run-off will remain unchanged, as will the amount of run-
off. However, the water course through the site may be altered as site is mined
to prevent water from entering the excavation.
