All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the <br />Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />ARC McClane Canyon, LLC is proposing a Technical Revision that seeks approval to utilize the <br />construction materials stockpile as an additional sediment drying pile near the sediment pond. The <br />applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. <br /> <br />The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately 19 miles North of Loma, <br />Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Sections 3, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, and 34, T7S, R102W, 6th PM, all in Garfield <br />County <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Howard Canyon. <br /> <br />This application as submitted may not constitute a Mining Plan Action. If the proposal is <br />significantly changed during our review process, we will consult with you on whether a Mining Plan
