Nicole—I would love to be able to work via email. However, the permitting agency we work
through (Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety)has rules and regulations that
have not been updated since the 1970's and they require me to send notifications by certified
mail. I can certainly send you (by email)the same information I would send by certified mail, but
they still require the certified letter to be sent and received. If I send the certified letter to the 124
W Magnolia Street address to your attention will it be`received'?I can also email you the
information in the letter.
Pal, SclievLolerLew
Blue Earth Solutions, LLC
(970)227-2803
From:Trupp, Nicole<Nicole.TruppCsplumen.com>
Sent: Monday, September 16, 2024 8:14 AM
To:William Schenderlein <bill(ablueearthsolutions.net>;Trupp, Daniel <Daniel.Trupplumen.com>
Subject: RE: CenturyLink asset verification
Bill,
Working from home we do not have an actual address to receive mail.
