The information and <br /> discussion below addresses each comment as it was presented by the Division: <br /> 6.4.19 Exhibit S—Permanent Man-made Structures <br /> 1. Structure agreements that were previously sent, were signed and notarized by Connell <br /> Resources, Inc. and resent by certified mail. The resent structure agreements include: <br /> Terra Resources Corp, Craig Harrison <br /> Terra Resources Corp <br /> Colorado Youth Outdoors Charitable Trust <br /> Haralson, Joseph E. and Julie J. <br /> Harmony-McMurray LLC <br /> TDS Telecom <br /> Xcel Energy <br /> Larimer County Road and Bridge Department <br /> Box Elder Ditch Company <br /> Ladera Business Improvement District <br /> Comcast(Xfinity) <br /> CenturyLink(Lumen) <br /> Since the previous structure agreement mailings, contact addresses for property/structure <br /> owners within 200 feet of the affected land were verified in property records on the Larimer <br /> County Assessor's website. From the previous mailings, contact addresses for CenturyLink <br /> and Comcast were the only certified mailings that did not receive a confirmed delivered.
