Wadsworth Littleton, CO 80128 FROM: Dustin M. Czapla RE: Sooner Lucky Strike Mine and Mill - File No. M-1982-020, ALSH, LLC Amendment (AM-3) Revise mine plan to allow for processing of offsite ore. Please be advised that on September 11, 2024, ALSH, LLC, whose address and telephone number are 8200 S Quebec St, Suite A3-187, Centennial, Co 80112; (720) 883-7200, filed an application for a/an Amendment (AM- 3) to M1982020, Sooner Lucky Strike Mine and Mill, which is located approximately 9 miles Southeast of Gunnison, Section 10, Township 48N, Range 1E, 10th Principle Meridian, in Gunnison County. Revise mine plan to allow mill to recieve ore from offsite sources that meet specific geochemical requirements. A decision date has been set for October 11, 2024.Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Dustin M. Czapla at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (970) 433-8393. ALSH, LLC is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the mining operation. If you wish to make comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. M-GR-03A-P
