5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, <br /> trenches,waste piles,drill pads and collar areas of underground workings,ponds,etc. <br /> Rig will be leveled using the rigs hydralicls, so no pad needed. Mud pits will be <br /> excavated and backfilled on completion. Drill holes will be cemented on completion. <br /> The area is sufficiently flat that no roads are anticipated. Acces disturbance, <br /> approximately 300 feet, wiill be leveled to original surface and reclaimed. <br /> 6.
