3. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged,stockpiled and <br /> redistributed for the re-establishment of vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil <br /> redistribution depth: <br /> Topsoil is from 0-3 nches, with most of in draws. No holes are planned in any <br /> draw. <br /> If encountered, it will be stockpiled and replaced after completion. <br /> 4.
