<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Amendment Application <br /> <br />DATE: September 5, 2024 <br /> <br />TO: Sarah Brucker <br />Division of Water Resources - DNR <br />State Engineer <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 818 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />FROM: Patrick Lennberg <br /> <br />RE: Four X Ranch Gravel Pit - File No. M-2014-033, KS Land, LLC <br /> Amendment Application (AM-1) <br /> Increase Acreage in Permit <br /> <br />Please be advised that on September 5, 2024, KS Land, LLC, whose address and telephone number <br />are 11822 Kristi Ln, Overbrook, OK 73453; (580) 222-5672, filed an application for a/an <br />Amendment (AM- 1) to M2014033, Four X Ranch Gravel Pit, which is located approximately 8 <br />miles Northeast of Fort Morgan, Section 15, Township 5N, Range 57W, 06th Principle Meridian, <br />in Morgan County. <br /> <br />KS Land, LLC would like to increase the acreage by moving permit boundaries on our ranch. <br />Additionally we would like to establish phases of 15 to 20 acre parcels within the whole that would <br />be actively mined, bonded, and then reclaimed in phases. <br /> <br />DecsionSetWritten comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional <br />information obtained from Patrick Lennberg at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, <br />1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 665-0836. <br /> <br />KS Land, LLC is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make <br />comments on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted <br />within twenty (20) days of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper <br />publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public
