Langston Concrete Raw Water Request of 22 November 2022 <br /> Dear Mr. Langston; <br /> Per our discussion last week, I am going to approve your request to continue to purchase <br /> raw water from the raw water hydrant at the South Treatment Plant, with a few conditions. <br /> 1. Water pulled shall be for the sole use by Langston Concrete <br /> 2. All raw water used by Langston Concrete shall be at the Langston Concrete <br /> property, which is inside the City Limits of Florence. No outside city limit use will <br /> be permitted. <br /> 3 Langston Concrete shall purchase, by way of attached invoice, a new water <br /> hydrant meter and GPS device to replace the current City owned meter and GPS <br /> device. Langston Concrete shall provide the current water meter to the Water <br /> Department to allow for purple marking to be placed on the meter, indicating raw <br /> water (Once used for raw water it can never be used for potable water purposes.) <br /> Usage shall be billed to Langston Concrete by the City. <br /> 4 Langston Concrete is aware of the potential limiting factor of Water 105, and will <br /> cease drawing raw water if, in the opinion of Superintendent Brandon Harris, <br /> limiting or ceasing raw water draws is in the best interest of the City. <br /> If these conditions are a eotable, please provide a written signature on this letter and <br /> return the sigr'1ed copy t tl City <br /> l <br /> Sincerely Y l <br /> 4/(---- <br /> Thomas -i ilting rl Mike Langston <br /> Interim City Maria, a Langston Concrete, Inc. <br /> Incl.
