First, we apologize for needing to send another certified mailing letter and any inconvenience it may
cause you. Connell Resources, Inc. is in the process of obtaining a Colorado Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety (DRMS) permit amendment for the Timnath Connell Pit in Larimer County (see
Vicinity Map).
As part of the permitting, DRMS requires Connell Resources to offer an agreement to owners of
man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit boundary. Connell Resources has identified
permanent man-made structures owned by Colorado Youth Outdoors Charitable Trust adjacent to the
project (see Pre-Mining/Mining Plan Map). To protect your interests in the structures, Connell
Resources is offering an agreement that provides Colorado Youth Outdoors Charitable Trust
compensation for structure damage. An initial agreement is attached.
Mine planning has established appropriate setbacks from mining excavations to adjacent structures,
including those owned by Colorado Youth Outdoors Charitable Trust, and Connell Resources does not
anticipate any structure damages. However, to ensure your interests are protected, we request that you
please consider the enclosed Structure Agreement.
If a representative of your organization will please sign and return the agreement to us, Connell
Resources, Inc. will in-turn sign the agreement and we will return a copy of the completed agreement
