The above named operator has filed an application for a Regular(112) Construction Materials Operation
Reclamation Permit Amendment with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of
the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is
known as the Timnath Connell Pit,and is located at or near Section 3,Township 6 North,Range 68 West,
of the 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is in progress, and the proposed date of
completion is 2034.
The proposed future use of the land is mixed development including residential, developed water
resources, and industrial/commercial. Additional information and tentative decision date may be
obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety,
