Reporting <br /> Eagle County will be provided with an Annual Compliance Report demonstrating conformance <br /> with all mitigation and controls outlined in this plan,and required by other permits,by March <br /> 15th of each year.This report will also contain the following information: <br /> • A summary of any and all state or federal inspections or reports as required by state or <br /> federal regulatory agencies. <br /> • A summary of any and all incidents or complaints against the operation along with their <br /> resolution. <br /> • In the event that any issues or complaints are received by the facility,the Facility Manager will <br /> share those issues or complaints with representatives the landowner,an Eagle County Code <br /> Enforcement Officer and the Stakeholder Group within three working days of the occurrence of <br /> the issue or receipt of the complaint.The Stakeholder Group will consist of,at a minimum,the <br /> immediate neighboring landowners,the Stratton Flats HOA,and the Town of Gypsum.A phone <br /> number to directly contact a management office of the operator will be on a sign posted at the <br /> site entrance. <br /> 3.1 Stakeholder Group <br /> Membership in the stakeholder group will be decided by Eagle County and the <br /> operator/landowner.
