A tract of land located in the Sections 25 and 36, Township 6 North,
Range 81 West. County of Jackson, State of Colorado, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Point of Beginning from which the true point
for the 1/4 corner common to Sections 25 and 36 bears North 65`56'57" East.
