<br /> All depths are referenced to GL.The incomplete 18H-IR-WA(formerly the 18H-IR-W)intermediate borehole was determined to be unusable for its
<br /> intended purpose and has been plugged and abandoned.Fluid losses in casing were encountered while drilling out the shoe track at 2153'and the drillout
<br /> was stopped at 2183'.A cement squeeze was performed(150 bbis,370%excess, 1659'-2183')in an attempt to plug the damaged casing at 1688'and
<br /> 2156'.While drilling out the cement plug the casing was milled through at approximately 1686'to 1712%
<br /> Plugging and Abandonment:The 9.625'casing was flushed with fresh water and cleaned out with a 6.25"bit to 1,709.4'(native fill 1709.4'to 1712.4').The
<br /> 9.625'casing was perforated at depths of 1,620', 1,125',830',360',and 180'.Each perforation interval consists of four 0.38"holes at 90 degree phasing
<br /> and 20.5"of penetration. All cement plugs were set using balance method and consisted of 14.6 lb/gal Portland Type IIN cement with High Early
<br /> accelerant added. Plug 1 cement consisted of 7.5 cu yds(36 bbis,157.5 sks)was pumped at a depth of 1,701'.Plug 1 was allowed 15.75 hours to set,
<br /> after which the top of cement was tagged at 1,328'.Plug 2 consisted of 7.5 cu yds(36 bbls,157.5 sks)was pumped at a depth of 1,306'.Plug 2 was
<br /> allowed 6.6 hours of set time,before the top of cement was tagged at 860'. Plug 3 was pumped from a depth of 841'and consisted of 7.5 cu yds(36 bbis,
<br /> 157.5 sks).Plug 3 was allowed 16 hours to set,after which the top of cement was tagged at 399'.Plug 4 consisted of 7.0 cu yds(36 bbis,147 sks)was
<br /> pumped at a depth of 381'.Cement from Plug 4 reached the surface. The well was dug out at the surface and the casing cut off 3 feet below GL.A
<br /> plugged and abandoned hole marker was installed per the Natural Soda UIC permit.The calculated volume of the 1,862'of 9.625"casing is 27.48 cu yds
<br /> (132.2 bbis,741.99 cu ft).A total of 29.5 cu yds(141.7 bbis,796.5 cu ft,619.5 sks)of cement,7.4%excess,was used to plug and abandon the
<br /> 18H-IR-WA.For additional information please see attached As-Built Plug and Abandonment diagram.
