The location of past, current and
planned mine workings is shown on Maps 50, 51, and 52. The subsidence monitoring program is
discussed in Section 2.05.6(6)(c)(i)(A-C), and monitoring of the only building undermined is
discussed in Section 2.05.6(6)(e)(ii)(A-C). This baseline analysis establishes the status of these
features prior to mining. Departures from this baseline resulting from mining impacts will be
evaluated and mitigated in accordance with the regulations.

Schedule of Submittal of Detailed Plan of Underground Working – 2.05.6(6)(f)(v)(A&B)
The F Seam workings in West Elk Mine are depicted on Map 50. MCC's B Seam workings and
mine plans are shown on Map 52. E Seam workings and mine plans are shown on Map 51.
Longwall panels will continue to be developed and recovered as described earlier in this section.
