All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the <br /> Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> Permit revision to establish the approved post-mining land use as Industrial/Commercial for the <br /> entire permit area. This will allow for renewable energy development at the site. The applicant is <br /> not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 7 miles North of Keenesburg, <br /> Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> All or portions of Sections 2 and 11, T2N, R64W; and Sections 25 and 36, T3N, R64W; 6th Prime <br /> Meridian. <br /> The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br /> map(s): Klug Ranch. <br /> The revision application, as well as all other permit documents, can be viewed at <br /> https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching C1981028 in the "Permit No" field. <br /> A user guide is available to help first time users of the imaged document system and can be viewed <br /> at https://drive.google.com/file/d/118OUdf Mpj o3kxIHkP5hMH-w7MeStxX7/view. <br /> A copy of the revision application is available for public inspection at the Keenesburg Town Hall, <br /> 140 S Main, Keenesburg, CO 80643.
