Per Items 42 and 49,begin preparing plans to repair erosional rilling. Mitigation <br /> should include constructing features along the slope to reduce runoff flow path <br /> lengths,followed by reseeding and installation of erosion control blankets <br /> 1 1(2)CLEAR BRUSH FROM: <br /> Li(3)INITIATE RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM AND PROPERLY BACKFILL EXISTING HOLES: <br /> [7(4)GRADE CREST TO A UNIFORM ELEVATION WITH DRAINAGE TO THE UPSTREAM SLOPE: <br /> N(5)Survey the top of internal casing and ground surface at each VWP and standpipe piezometer location <br /> 64 (6)MONITOR: Monitor slope along the south side of the south diversion channel drop structure. <br /> N(7)MONITOR: Continue underdrain jetting cleanout and camera inspection of accessible lengths of underdrain pipes. <br /> DI(8)OTHER: Per Steve Carino,the temporary access berm and culvert to left(south)of the drain outlets will be removed.
