<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Permit Conversion <br /> <br />DATE: July 16, 2024 <br /> <br />TO: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />Durango Regulatory Field Office <br />1970 East 3rd Avenue, Suite 109 <br />Durango, CO 81301-5025 <br /> <br />FROM: Todd Jesse <br /> <br />RE: Soward Ranch Pit - File No. M-1988-021, Big Bull Dog Trucking, Inc <br /> Permit Conversion (CN-1) <br /> Request for conversion <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 16, 2024, Big Bull Dog Trucking, Inc, whose address and telephone number <br />are 205 Mesa Dr. PO Box 271, Creede, CO 81130; (719) 850-1575, filed an application for a/an Permit <br />Conversion (CN- 1) to M1988021, Soward Ranch Pit, which is located approximately 13 miles Southwest <br />of Creede, Section 18, Township 40N, Range 1W, 10th Principle Meridian, in Mineral County. <br /> <br />Conversion to 112c to incorporate 34.5 additional acres into the permit area. <br /> <br />Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained <br />from Todd Jesse at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, <br />CO 80203, by telephone at (303) 866-3567 x 8107. <br /> <br />Big Bull Dog Trucking, Inc is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments <br />on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the <br />Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your <br />comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no <br />objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
