The application was deemed complete on July 15, 2024. <br /> <br />Technical Revision No. 156 (TR-156) seeks to permit a construction project to convey stormwater <br />from the Train Loadout access road to sediment pond MB-3. The applicant is not proposing <br />additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, Room 211, Delta, <br />CO 81416; Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO 81230 and at <br />the Division’s Denver office.
