Attached is a file with the identification of interests for Coors Energy(operator of C1981028). The operator
sent it to me last week, so it should have current info. Please look at it and let me know if this provides enough
information for you to run the AVS check.
Also, please send me the latest AVS form for me to fill out. I have not had a permitting action that required
AVS for several months, and I am not sure if the form has changed. FYI, this is the initial AVS check for PR-
03.
