Wadsworth <br />Littleton, CO 80128 <br /> <br />RE: 5J Pit, File No. M-2024-032 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 10, 2024, Connell Resources, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 7785 <br />Highland Meadows Parkway, Suite 100, Fort Collins, Co 80528; (970) 223-3151, filed an application to conduct a(n) <br />Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 10, Township 9N, Range 68W, 06th Principle Meridian, <br />in Larimer County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and <br />Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) General agriculture post-mining land use. The application <br />decision date is scheduled for October 8, 2024. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2024032 in the “Permit No” field. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper <br />publication date.
