The only aquatic resource assumed to be waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) is the portions of Farmers <br /> Independent Ditch that exist within the survey area boundary. Other aquatic resources, assumed to <br /> not be WOTUS, include two (2) irrigation ponds, an inundated quarry depression, and a small <br /> concrete waterway.
