The attached information is being <br /> provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the <br /> Division of Reclamation,Mining,and Safety(the"Division")and the local county clerk and recorder. <br /> The applicantloperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to M r ts t l f-'l use. Pursuant to <br /> Section 34-32-116(7)0), C.R.S.,the Board is required to confer with the local Conservation Districts before approving of <br /> the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
