<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of 110c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br /> <br />DATE: June 20, 2024 <br /> <br />TO: State Board of Land Commissioners <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1127 Sherman Street, Suite 300 <br />Denver, CO 80203-2206 <br /> <br />RE: Zuege Mine, File No. M-2024-028 <br /> <br />Please be advised that on June 20, 2024, Zuege Mine, LLC, whose address and telephone number are 23715 US <br />Highway 34, Wray, CO 80758; (970) 630-2233, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation <br />operation, at or near Section 33, Township 5N, Range 49W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Washington County. Please <br />be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will <br />be reclaimed to support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for July <br />20, 2024. <br /> <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Washington County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2024028 in the “Permit No” field.
