This decision will be published in the San Miguel Basin Forum as soon <br />as possible. The first day following publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment <br />period. If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become <br />final. <br /> <br />The Division holds a Corporate Surety bond issued by your company (Bond No. *4298), for this operation <br />in the amount of ($1,955,966.69). The proposed release amount is ($167,002.00). <br /> <br />Please be aware that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Liberty Mutual Insurance <br />Company concerning Bond No. *4298, and is for your information only.
