The plant <br /> community is 90 to 95 percent grasses and 5% perennial forbs and <br /> cactus with some sagebrush. The current vegetation cover is <br /> estimated at 45% but the vegetation section of the Soils Report <br /> indicates the range production at this site would average 1, 200 <br /> pounds/acre in an average year. The operator will strive to have <br /> at least the same coverage as found on areas surrounding the <br /> permit area when reclamation is complete. <br /> PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br /> There are 2 structures within 200 feet of the affected <br /> lands/permit line. Both are wire fences along sections of the <br /> north and south permit lines . They are owned by the Allen & <br /> Denise Zuege. The existing property access road from County Road <br /> XX will provide access to the mine and property surrounding the <br /> mine.
