10.A. Name: Well No. Aug. 1 <br /> 10.B. Location: NW% NW'/4 of Section 32, Township 33 North, Range 9 East, <br /> NMPM, at a point approximately 875 feet from the North Section Line and 203 feet <br /> from the West Section Line, in Conejos County, Colorado, UTM NAD83 Zone 13S <br /> 409422 mE and 4102251 mN. <br /> 10.C. Source of Water: Unconfined aquifer. <br /> 10.D. Amount: 100 gpm <br /> 10.E. Use: Industrial and commercial use at an existing gravel pit known as the <br /> "Consolidated Pit," located near Well No. Aug. 1 within the NW1/4 Section 32, <br /> Township 33 North, Range 9 East, NMPM and adjacent property owned by the <br /> Applicants in the E1/2 Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 9 East, NMPM. Uses <br /> may include, but are not limited to, gravel washing, concrete and asphalt production, <br /> and dust suppression associated with the operation. Water pumped from Well No. <br /> Aug. 1 shall be assumed to be 100% consumed unless consumptive use factors less <br /> than 100% are approved by the Division Engineer. <br /> 11. Water Rights or Sources to be Used for Augmentation: The Subject Water <br /> Rights, as changed by this Decree. <br /> 12. Complete Statement of Plan for Augmentation: This Decree confirms a plan <br /> for augmentation, whereby water delivered under the Subject Water Rights will be <br /> recharged into the unconfined aquifer by use of the Recharge Pond in exchange for <br /> the right to pump Applicants'Well No. Aug. 1 against the fully-consumable portion of <br /> the amount recharged. <br /> 12.A. Recharge Pond: The Applicants' Recharge Pond is located within the <br /> SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 9 East, NMPM, in Conejos <br /> County, Colorado. The current Recharge Pond is approximately 202 feet by 82 feet <br /> at the top, 166 feet by 46 feet at the bottom, and 6 feet deep. The Recharge Pond <br /> must not intercept groundwater and shall be maintained in such a way as to <br /> guarantee efficient recharge of all water measured into the pit less a minimal amount <br /> of evaporation. <br /> 12.A.1. Modification of Recharge Pond: The Applicants may modify the <br /> Recharge Pond so long as the Division Engineer approves the modification prior to <br /> use of the modified Recharge Pond.
