Everist, Incorporated (LGE), as Permittee/Operator is submitting an Acreage Release Request to the <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals, Reclamation, and Safety (DRMS)for release of 1.95 acres which is owned by <br /> Platte Valley Irrigation Company (PVIC), from our DRMS Permit# M-2020-007, Ragsdale Reservoirs. <br /> The attached Vicinity Map and Pre-Mining Map show the 1.95 acres to be released from the Ragsdale Reservoirs <br /> DRMS permit area. The 1.95 acres is part of PVIC's Parcel 130919000036, and is located in Section 19, <br /> Township 2N, Range 66 West, in Weld County, Colorado(see attached Parcel map for reference). <br /> The 1.95 acres were included within the overall Ragsdale Reservoirs DRMS mine permit area, but not in the Weld <br /> County USR permit upon PVIC's request. Also, as per PVIC's request, the PVIC land has not been disturbed by <br /> mining operations, and the boundary has been marked to ensure that it remains undisturbed. LGE was reviewing <br /> the DRMS Permit for Ragsdale Reservoirs, and realized we had not requested release of the 1.95 acres from the <br /> DRMS permit area, so we are submitting the DRMS Acreage Release Request now to resolve this. <br /> As the landowner, the DRMS will want to be sure that PVIC would like to have the land released from the <br /> Ragsdale Reservoirs DRMS permit, so we are sending this notice and acknowledgement letter to you to simplify <br /> the DRMS Acreage Release process for all of us. We will include this letter in our submittal to the DRMS, with <br /> your signed acknowledgement that you would like to have the land removed from our DRMS permit. <br /> After reviewing this letter and attachments, please acknowledge the bottom of the letter, and return it to me.
