Both permitted entities are
owned and managed by Thorin. Our TR proposes operating up to 75 tons per day of material at
the Revenue mine site. Our proposal is within current permitted limits, and the Revision is
intended to create a specialized 75-ton-per-day process circuit with a two-fold purpose: First to
create a precious metal concentrate using an acid &chemical free gravity separation circuit. And
second to complete research and development work for the potential of creating a mining
concentrate focused on critical metals as defined under the Energy Act of 2020.
TR has three specific areas for consideration:
1. Request approval to operate a seventy-five (75) ton per day gravity separation circuit
within current permit limits.
2. Request approval for the Revenue Mine(Permit M-2012-032)to accept imported material
from Camp Bird Mine (Permit M-1982-090).
3. Request approval for the Camp Bird Mine (Permit M-1982-090) to export material to the
Revenue Mine (Permit M-2012-032). Only inert surface material at Camp Bird is being
considered for export.
1
1900 MAIN ST, UNIT 1 I PO BOX 1030 I OURAY CO 81427
