X <br /> 5. WATER ANALYSIS <br /> February 2024, closed-loop bench testing was completed to assess the water quality discharge <br /> from gravity separation concentrators for processing Material. Discharge samples were collected <br /> and sent to Colorado Analytical for analyte testing. The table below summarizes the laboratory <br /> results against our permitted discharge standards.The laboratory report from Colorado Analytical, <br /> report date February 13, 2024, is attached herein as Appendix 9a. The data review shows <br /> discharge from the gravity separation concentrator is below permit discharge standards, including <br /> a pH level of 7.65.
