NOTICE Consideration of 111 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application DATE: June 10, 2024 TO: State Board of Land Commissioners Department of Natural Resources 1127 Sherman Street, Suite 300 Denver, CO 80203-2206 RE: Collett Property, File No. M-2024-012 Please be advised that on June 10, 2024, W.W. Clyde & Co., whose address and telephone number are 10303 E. Dry Creek Rd., #300, Englewood, CO 80112; (303) 790-9100, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 9, Township 4S, Range 94W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) General agriculture post-mining land use. The application decision date is scheduled for June 25, 2024. A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Blanco County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
