Toelle: <br /> <br />On June 7, 2024 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on May 16, 2024, addressing the following: <br /> <br />Revision to address the final reclamation slope on the South Bank after the discharge from the culvert <br />pipes under the haul road. The existing slope is too steep and subject to potential failure. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: approve. <br /> <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 11 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-1977-344.
