<br /> <br />June 4, 2024 <br /> <br />Gordan Nelson <br />Defiance Stone Company LLC <br />367 Avalanche Creek Rd. <br />Redstone, CO 81623 <br /> <br />Re Brown Quarry, File No. M-2024-023 <br />Receipt of 110c Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application Package <br /> <br />Dear Gordan Nelson: <br /> <br />On May 20, 2024, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 110c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Application package for the Brown Quarry, File No. M-2024-023. <br />Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following additional information must <br />be received before the Division can consider your application as being submitted and technical review can <br />begin. <br /> <br />1. The applicant/operator address given on the 110c application form does not match the address for <br />Defiance Stone Company LLC registered with the Colorado Secretary of State. Please rectify the <br />discrepancy. <br /> <br />2. Please provide proof of filing of a copy of the application packet with the Eagle County Clerk. <br /> <br />Your application will not be considered submitted until all the information listed above is received <br />and found sufficient to begin our review. <br /> <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Office needs for an <br />application to be considered filed.
