You are receiving this letter because according to <br /> Chaffee County real estate records, you own property with a man-made structure within 200 feet <br /> of the affected area under Butala's permit amendment. <br /> Under DRMS Rule 6.4.19, Butala is required to provide you with a notarized agreement <br /> stating you will be compensated for any damages to your structure from Butala's mining <br /> activities.
