Exhibit Q_Proof of Mailing, Publication, Notice <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Butala Construction Company,9000 Co Rd 152, Salida,CO 81201 (719)5392521,has filed an application <br /> amendment for a Regular(112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction <br /> of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Butala Gravel Pit, and is located at or near <br /> Section 25, Township 50, Range 8, 10" NM Prime Meridian. Operations at the existing mine site are <br /> currently ongoing,and the amendment currently anticipates mining operations will continue through 2030. <br /> The proposed future use of the land is industrial.Additional information and tentative decision date may be <br /> obtained from the Division of Reclamation,Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street,Room 215,Denver, <br /> Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, https:Hdrms.colorado.gov/, or at the Chaffee County Clerk and <br /> Recorder's office; 104 E Crestone Ave, Salida, CO 81201, or the above-named applicant.
