The remaining two are private parties as listed in the County Assessor's Web <br /> Site: Shandarin& Stephen Mitchell (commercial storage building), 7981 CR 152, Salida, CO <br /> 81201; and Charles and Christine Murphy (modular office building), 9145 CR 166, Salida, CO <br /> 81201. The Structure Agreements for the private parties have been notarized by Butala and <br /> mailed to the landowners. The Agreements are attached below. See C-5 for all adjacent <br /> properties. <br />
